How long until I receive my order?

We offer same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday. Our shipping time takes between 3-5 days.

Please note transit times are an approximation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we do not ship internationally but we would love to do our best to help you, so please get in contact if you are based internationally.

What is your returns policy?

Purchase with confidence. We want to make sure you love your jewellery so if for any reason you are not happy with your product please create a return within 14 days of receiving the product and we will offer you a full refund of the product cost.

We do not provide return shipping or refunds on shipping costs.

How do I care for my Jewellery?

Please store your accessories in their EllaBelle bag to keep them clean whilst not being worn. Please avoid direct contact with perfume or moisturising products. To clean jewelry, gently clean with a soft cloth.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Yes, all of our earrings are hypoallergenic, with posts made from the highest grade of surgical steel or sterling silver. Each earring is crafted to be as light as possible to ensure that they are fit for maximum comfort.

When will you be restocking items?

We restock and add new designs all the time so sign up to our mailing list to be the first in the know when items are back in stock, new style release dates, pre-sales and promotions. What does it mean if the item is available for pre-order?

An item that is available for pre-order lets you secure it before it is available to ship. Once the item is read to ship you will be first in line to receive it and we will send it directly to you. If your cart includes an item on pre-order, your order will be held until all items in your cart are available and you will receive them as one pack. Alternatively, you need the other items sooner please get in contact with us and we will be happy to help.
